On the positive side for this visit, Alex Bowers continues to be THE BEST !!! and, frankly, is THE reason I return to Honda of Ocala. And, the changes I've noticed in the prior overall aggressiveness I have experienced in this dealership has improved for the good, in my opinion. It used to feel like a pirhanna feeding frenzy when you walked in the door, and Heaven Help You if you were Female …!!!! From my previous visits …the Service Dept has even improved its processes, much more efficient and friendly …. but on the negative side, the movies have not improved. Light-hearted, family oriented would surely seem more interesting to a diverse group of patrons than the rough/tumble, kill-them-all flicks. Ick !! The gal in the café will never win a Miss Congeniality award, to be sure... and the sandwich bread was stale. Oh well. Over the past 3 years, I would say you all went from a rating of below 2 to above 4, and soon will be a 5 I know 1111 More

My sales person, Alex Bowers, is a no pressure salesmen that is extremely knowledgeable of all the Honda models. The GM is the one who sets and determines the price not the salesmen. So you can argue the price with him. The only painful area is seeing the finance person who tries to sell you every insurance product they have. I had no intention of purchasing any insurance product at this time only because I purchased one on my 2017 CR-V that I also traded in. It was for seven years. I just want it rolled over to my new purchase, which they did. With everything considered it was a positive experience. Also Alex was able to obtain the CR-V I wanted from another dealer in Tampa. More
