I usually purchase slightly used cars; mostly Hondas past 2 decades. I decided to purchase new, first time in many years. I often haul stuff to my work and decided to purchase a small SUV. Reviews showed that due to 4 cylinder engines, not so much pep in any of them but still, my best choice. Subaru Crosstrek was my choice for several reasons: overall safety, style, ride, price, included technology. Decided to find manual shift Crosstrek to give the needed 'pep'. Alex and Ridell contacted me the moment the very hard to find vehicle appeared on their lot. After a brief mix-up/overcharge w finance department, which Audwin Lovisnky had corrected immediately, I am now the very happy owner of a 2020, BEAUTIFUL 6-speed manual Crosstrek. Just drove the past weekend to the west coast. Great ride, great pick up, so happy with the purchase and with the service and courtesy of the team. When I finally finished every thing he brought out the wrong keys and tried to explain that the valet key only opened the glove box before he checked the key numbers and went and exchanged for the proper keys to my car. Poor service but they were the only dealer in the area that had a stick crosstrek so I was stuck. More
