For some people buying a new car is a very stressful process, I personally do not enjoy it. On 08/15/2020 I had to go car shopping. After visiting a couple of dealer and getting few quotes, I called Sub process, I personally do not enjoy it. On 08/15/2020 I had to go car shopping. After visiting a couple of dealer and getting few quotes, I called Subaru of pembroke pines to get their price. Alex Caballero started working with me over the phone to get a deal before I drove to the dealer. He waited for us after hours and when we arrived to the dealer he had the car ready for us to see. He went over the numbers and after a couple of back and forth with the sales manager I got the price I was able to pay. Alex customer service skills are extraordinary.
