For some people buying a new car is a very stressful process, I personally do not enjoy it. On 08/15/2020 I had to go car shopping. After visiting a couple of dealer and getting few quotes, I called Sub process, I personally do not enjoy it. On 08/15/2020 I had to go car shopping. After visiting a couple of dealer and getting few quotes, I called Subaru of pembroke pines to get their price. Alex Caballero started working with me over the phone to get a deal before I drove to the dealer. He waited for us after hours and when we arrived to the dealer he had the car ready for us to see. He went over the numbers and after a couple of back and forth with the sales manager I got the price I was able to pay. Alex customer service skills are extraordinary. He was friendly and very helpful. In less than 2 hours we were out driving the new car. Alex made my car buying experience a great one. Thank you More

I usually purchase slightly used cars; mostly Hondas past 2 decades. I decided to purchase new, first time in many years. I often haul stuff to my work and decided to purchase a small SUV. Reviews showed that due to 4 cylinder engines, not so much pep in any of them but still, my best choice. Subaru Crosstrek was my choice for several reasons: overall safety, style, ride, price, included technology. Decided to find manual shift Crosstrek to give the needed 'pep'. Alex and Ridell contacted me the moment the very hard to find vehicle appeared on their lot. After a brief mix-up/overcharge w finance department, which Audwin Lovisnky had corrected immediately, I am now the very happy owner of a 2020, BEAUTIFUL 6-speed manual Crosstrek.
