Well, the time to buy came sooner than I anticipated and I went back and found Alex and started the process. These guys are terrible. Couldn’t get enough extra time for them to show us how to work the on screen operations. 4 weeks later my trade-in isn’t paid off. Asked parts dept to order side steps, was told th for them to show us how to work the on screen operations. 4 weeks later my trade-in isn’t paid off. Asked parts dept to order side steps, was told they would call when they came in, and would have service dept call to tell me how much they would charge to install them. I haven’t heard from either dept since, so I ordered the steps my self, saved some money. Will do everything I can to tell others not to come to this dealership. More
