Did not feel any pressure as is common in traditional dealerships. Sales manager Alex was very polite & professional. Took a few days to decide what model was suitable. Went back with an appointment and closed the deal on a low miles RX 350 Negotiations were not stressful and took just a few hours to complete the paperwork. Service Manager gave an overview of the SUV’s features and technical settings. Overall a good experience. Do recommend. More
