Do not BUY!!! I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM HERE AS THEIR WHOLE SALES DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS. I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE LAST WEEK AND HAVE TO SPEND AT LEAST $3,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS ON IT AND HAVE ALREADY SPENT $1,500. I ALSO EMAILED THEIR GENERAL MANAGER MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ, NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. ALL I GOT IS A RESPONSE FROM THEIR USED CAR SALES MANAGER JIM COOPER WHO BLAMED ME THAT MY TRADE IN VEHICLE NEEDS MORE THAN $6,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS SO, HIS EMAIL SEEM THAT I DESERVED THESE REPAIRS ON MY NEW VEHICLE. THEY ARE SELLING MY TRADE IN VEHICLE FOR $7,000 ONLINE WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE AFTER CLAIMING THAT IT NEEDS $6,000 WORTH REPAIRS, EITHER THEY LIED TO ME OR THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM HERE. ALSO, THEY HAVE NOT PAID OFF MY OLD VEHICLE AND NOW I HAVE 2 LOANS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME, VERY DISAPPOINTING. ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE IS REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE ADVISOR JOSE GARCIA TRIED TO HELP ME IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. 0 STAR FOR SALES AND 5 STARS FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My husband and I were greeted warmly by the receptionist. Very nice young lady who made us feel comfortable from the start. We were referred to Alex Castro by a family member. Alex was very professional and enthusiastic about the quality of the vehicles, service from the dealership, and their new (outstanding) facility. He explained options available and listened to our questions. Alex showed us various options on the vehicles we test drove. We leased two cars that day- an RX350 and an ES350 Financial paper work was easily completed by Basil D (RX) and Zia Hanna (ES350). Both men were knowledgeable and pleasant. The Technology Specialists, Peter Demos and Terry Krawrzyk, work with my husband and me separately on our specific car. Their explanations of the warranty and options available on the cars were clear and precise. Both gentleman invited us to call or return with questions. After over 40 year of driving and many vehicle purchases and/or leases -THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Kudos to Mr. Alex Castro and Lexus of Arlington! More
