I reached out to my Service Advisor, Alex Clothier, via text and he called within 1 minute to let me kno I needed service for my Mercedes Benz GLK350. I reached out to my Service Advisor, Alex Clothier, via text and he called within 1 minute to let me know I could drop my car off for service right away. Alex goes above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle and takes the time to explain the repairs that are needed. He also always ensures a loaner vehicle is available for me due to my line of work and checks in to see if I am happy with the vehicle. I would give him more stars if I could! More
