Alex Clothier is 100% Class! I recently had my car in for service and for the 2nd time I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Clothier. Once again I was blown away by the persona I recently had my car in for service and for the 2nd time I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Clothier. Once again I was blown away by the personal, quality, and over-the-top customer service from my experience. What left the biggest impression on me though was Alex's honesty. I had questions regarding my brakes (I thought they were shot!) and, instead of telling me what multiple other dealers have told me in the past (with other cars) which was you really need your breaks replaced, Alex was 100% up front with me that I still had some life left (6mm) and that they didn't need to be replaced at this time. I have had at least 3 other experiences with dealers where they use scare/pressure tactics just to try to get your car into the shop, but not Alex! It was beyond refreshing and really made me appreciate the level of customer service and more importantly his honesty. He could have easily told me they needed to get replaced - I mean, I thought they did and said as much. Then there was the loaner vehicle which was just beautiful. Here is where it gets good though! I left my garage door opener in the loaner, called later that evening (when I couldn't get into my garage!) and Alex immediately recovered it from the loaner. The next morning, a driver from the dealership pulls up into my driveway, knocks on my door and hands me my garage door opener! Who does that?!?! He could have just dropped it in the mail or told me, yeah, we found it, now you can come and get it. Not even close! The next car I buy will be from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and every time I get it serviced I will be asking for Alex Clothier as my service advisor...the guy is pure class!!! More
