Alex and the team at the Annapolis Mercedes Benz Service Center offer truly exceptional and thorough service. My COMAND system died one morning as I started my car to leave for work. I drove my car straight to the Annapolis Mercedes Benz service center and met with Alex. He immediately took my car back for service and offered to put me in the loaner car of my choice so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. It took about two weeks to complete the repairs on my car due to the need to order parts. During this time, Alex kept in touch with me daily to provide me with status updates. Unfortunately, my car service was due to be completed when I was out of town. I offered to return the loaner and take a cab to the airport and back. But Alex told me no problem, just leave the loaner at the airport and return it when you get back. I really enjoy working with Alex and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. More
