He was patronizing and insulting at the same time. Please make yourself a service and dont waste your time with this gentleman. You will get a worse deal that the one you started with. He called to tell me my car was ready. I added three more things I wanted fixed and by the time I picked up the car everything was done and the car was washed and looked great. If I had to add one suggestion I would clean the inside of the car too. But overall I am very happy - good experience. More
