In 2020 during the start of the Pandemic, our lease was up, and we had to lease a new car. He delivered the new car to us at our home and helped us through that process. Then, on Friday, March 22, 2024, our lease was up again, and I decided to purchase that car since my husband had recently passed away. He again helped me through this process. The Lexus of Melbourne team is fantastic. I had done a lot of research on cars going in to the dealership and knew what year, make, and model I wanted. I had an appointment that was scheduled at 5:30pm b lot of research on cars going in to the dealership and knew what year, make, and model I wanted. Keith was able to show me all the models they had on the lot, and was very patient and professional with me.
