Our sales rep, Jonathan was outstanding. Listened to our needs and steered us to the right vehicle. He was patient and extremely courteous. The financial aspect went well but felt a bit rushed. Probably because we buy vehicles every 10 years or so and the financing aspect can naturally feel a bit overwhelming. Biggest disappointment was that we received only one key and this was a big surprise. Dealership ended up splitting the cost for an extra key, which we appreciated but still felt a bit let down at having to pay anything for a second key, which should simply be included in a major purchase like this.
