Our sales rep, Jonathan was outstanding. Listened to our needs and steered us to the right vehicle. He was patient and extremely courteous. Biggest disappointment was that we received only one key and this was a big surprise. Dealership ended up splitting the cost for an extra key, which we appreciated but still felt a bit let down at having to pay anything for a second key, which should simply be included in a major purchase like this.
