Ambivalent about how to rate them. I only got one key. Waiting for 2nd key. Haven’t got my down payment of 500.00 back and was told that the gal is out until Thursday, so too early I only got one key. Waiting for 2nd key. Our sales rep, Jonathan was outstanding. Listened to our needs and steered us to the right vehicle. He was patient and extremely courteous. The financial aspect went well but felt a bit rushed. Probably because we buy vehicles every 10 years or so and the financing aspect can naturally feel a bit overwhelming. Biggest disappointment was that we received only one key and this was a big surprise. Dealership ended up splitting the cost for an extra key, which we appreciated but still felt a bit let down at having to pay anything for a second key, which should simply be included in a major purchase like this.
