I went to the Larry H. Miller Hyundai dealer with my son who is 20 to look at cars. The sales rep Alex was a very nice person, he knew all the details on the model and was Miller Hyundai dealer with my son who is 20 to look at cars. The sales rep Alex was a very nice person, he knew all the details on the model and was able to explain them well. As we discussed the costs and sales numbers we asked what the interest rate would be and he got his sakes manager Rich. Rich never said hello, never introduced himself, or asked how we were doing. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him in general. We were very interested in buying the car from Alex, but our experience with the sales manager made us feel unwelcome. When buying a car in general you want to at least feel welcome by the people selling you the vehicle. More
