I went to purchase a minivan to be adapted for my disabled 14 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. Wes, our salesman, was wonderful. Alex Eitan or Eyal Eitan was unbelievably unprofessional. He lied abo disabled 14 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. Wes, our salesman, was wonderful. Alex Eitan or Eyal Eitan was unbelievably unprofessional. He lied about the price that was agreed upon with the general manager. When we said that we were not going to go through with the deal if he didn't lower the numbers, he began screaming at us. Yelling at a woman in front of her wheelchair dependent 14 year old is DISGRACEFUL. His behavior is inexcusable. He has a quick temper and acts irrationally. After yelling, he began cursing and slamming doors, as well as mocking the movements of my disabled son with Cerebral Palsy. He is unsafe to be around women or children. Only a truly disgusting human being mocks and discriminates against the disabled. More

Ask to record your dealings with the finance manager alex, he will sell you everything only to find out that most of the xx he sells you are scam. this guy will not keep his words. i cant believe he t alex, he will sell you everything only to find out that most of the xx he sells you are scam. this guy will not keep his words. i cant believe he thinks he can promise you things for cost and take them all back after not financing with them. he gave us 6 months of car wash and sold us the tire and wheel protection only to take the car wash back and after bringing the car back for dent, scratch and dings smaller than 5" they claim is not part of the t/w protection which it clearly states in the agreement. I can't say enough great things about Caleb. He spent many hours working with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He got me a great deal on my tarde. The finance Manger Alex was extremely unpleasant to work with and was very unprofessional. Even though finance Manger is not Caleb's position, he stepped in took it over with ease and closed the deal on his own. Caleb definitely deserves to be recognized for his hard work, honesty and great personality. I hope the next time we buy a vehicle from Westbury he is a fiance Manger. It is much deserved. If your going to buy a car from Westsbury, make sure you see Caleb! More
