Very disappointing. Would not recommend doing business with this dealership. The salesmen try to increase the price of the vehicle during each conversation and when they Would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Their sales team and service team don't know how to communicate, and overall management is absent. I asked to speak with a manager at the time of the incident but they refused to speak with me; never followed up. I walked away with replaced batteries, but I will never set foot in this location again. Also, the "certified used" is bogus - the didn't even bother to check the overall battery health. Who knows what other surprises I'm going to get! I didn't work with any of the people listed below. I don't know why you're forcing me to rate them. More
