I had obtained preliminary information from Alex about getting a hitch. I asked further questions about putting a hitch on my vehicle, and he was able to answer my questions, and to the extent that he did not know, he obtained the assistance of Carlos who has extensive knowledge about hitches. I appreciated his willingness to admit that he did not have all the information and the steps taken to obtain additional information for me to make an informed decision. This is now my 5th trip, and each time, their work is done in the time provided, the work is explained prior to it being done, and I have had no further issues related to the work done.
