I just want to say thank you to my salesman Alex Gomes for tolerating me instead of throwing me out the front door...I was completely undecided as what to do...I may have confused myself by looking at too for tolerating me instead of throwing me out the front door...I was completely undecided as what to do...I may have confused myself by looking at too many of the same vehicles from too wide of an area and I tunneled into a used escalade...Alex was able to exceed my needs and expectations of a monthly payment for a used one...He brought me to the new ones which i hadn't even considered...I really feel he went beyond what was to be expected...well, the bottom line is this, he was able to give me such a great deal on a new escalade and my girlfriend is beyond happy...we feel he was able to get us more than what would be considered fair value for our trade and he gave us an overall price on the new vehicle that 3 other dealers were unable to come within a few thousand dollars...I walked in prepared to negotiate on a used and Alex was able to let us leave in a new one and there was no need to negotiate...we truely feel that Alex Gomes is an asset to cadillac village of norwood and we say thank you.
