I had a very disappointing experience at Cadillac of Norwood. I went there with the intention of purchasing a vehicle and was ready to move forward, but unfortunately, Alex and the staff showed very lit Norwood. We waited for approximately 30 minutes, and during that entire time, no one seemed to care enough to properly assist us or even offer us a vehicle to look at or drive. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing other customers arrive after us and receive assistance while we continued to wait. I was genuinely there to purchase a Cadillac and was ready to do business. Instead, I felt completely ignored and unimportant. A customer should not have to chase down a salesperson or wait around while other customers who arrived later are helped first. After about 30 minutes, I decided to leave. I drove directly to Colonial Cadillac of Woburn, where I received the complete opposite experience. Adam Liebermann and his team were professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. As a result, I left Cadillac of Norwood and drove to Woburn, where I purchased a brand-new Cadillac OPTIQ. It is unfortunate that Cadillac of Norwood lost a customer who was ready to purchase a vehicle simply because of poor customer service. My experience at Woburn showed me that excellent customer service still exists, and I am very happy with the decision I made. More
