There are so many dealerships out there that just don't do what needs to be done. I've been a Manly customer ever since I moved back to the area over 4 years ago and I ALWAYS get taken car. I've leased my car, 2 cars for my wife's car and 2 cars for my son a car, so what does that tell you. Go to Manly! FURTHERMORE, Alex Iniguez and Neil Stanley got me and my son out in 45 minutes. If you just do what they ask for over the phone, email and text, you can get in and out MEGA fast. I love these guys! Thanks again Alex and Neil! More

Alex sold us our last Honda when he was at the other dealership; I still had Alex's contact information so we reached out to him about possibly purchasing a CR-V. David Sambad was a technical expert, walked us through the paperwork and helped us make some decisions re: how best to finance the vehicle and to get it paid off ASAP. Bummer for this appt. For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to comple For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to complete my service request. Was set-up with a loaner car (which is expected), since my service was not totally complete. There was a last-minute scramble to provide insurance documents as required for the loaner car. Was texted that the car would be ready on Saturday, but that was delayed due to some other car jobs and only one master tech available. The car work was completed on Monday. I was given a 20% discount, but that's only 5% additional above the 15% coupon that I presented at the service write-up that morning. Honda should contact me sooner that the hose did not arrive, rather than in the 4 o'clock hour. More
