We had different experiences at every one - some not so great, some exemplary. Alex and the staff at Manly Honda are about quality and assisting you through the whole process in a non-pressuring and extremely helpful way. It was early August when we first stopped at Manly and met Alex. He had been a great help online and we looked forward to test driving a car with him. Because Santa Rosa is 250 miles south of us, we thought we'd better try out our local dealer before making a commitment. Our negative experience locally sent us back to Alex and he came through with a great price and wonderful service. We had the car delivered to our home at minimal cost by two jovial detail-oriented gentlemen. The night before the delivery we got a call from their finance officer, Cory, who assisted us with the last details. Overall, a very positive experience. Our sincere thanks especially to Alex whose knowledge, and patience! were exactly what we needed to purchase this wonderful new car. The only negative encountered was the charge for security lug nuts at roughly 10x the price available on-line. Also, we did not choose the extended coverage policy based on price and limits of coverage. More

I had extensive communication with Alex via text, for the most part, when I had left the dealership and had questions - and he was always kind, responsive, and detailed.
