For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to comple For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to complete my service request. Was set-up with a loaner car (which is expected), since my service was not totally complete. There was a last-minute scramble to provide insurance documents as required for the loaner car. Was texted that the car would be ready on Saturday, but that was delayed due to some other car jobs and only one master tech available. The car work was completed on Monday. I was given a 20% discount, but that's only 5% additional above the 15% coupon that I presented at the service write-up that morning. Honda should contact me sooner that the hose did not arrive, rather than in the 4 o'clock hour. More
