He reached out and was not pushy at all, just super helpful. Best experience I have had with a Dealer yet. The financing part was handled by Joshua Feinberg, He was Fast, efficient and super informative and above everything else Friendly. I was in an out of there within an hour. I couldn't believe it. Over all I had a great experience and would recommend going through Manly to anyone. Thanks, Brandi More

He was patient with my MANY questions, always with good humor, and provided detailed answers to everything. He facilitated the financial aspects of the process smoothly - very efficient and professionally. Surprisingly, he was never pushy at all, which I"d been concerned about as a car-buying customer (and from prior experience with other vehicles, over the years), and he was always willing to explain different features etc. to help me make the right decisions for my needs. I had extensive communication with Alex via text, for the most part, when I had left the dealership and had questions - and he was always kind, responsive, and detailed. "Above and Beyond," is how I"d describe the level of Alex's help to me in this process. I'd be happy to refer any interested friends / family to Alex for their car purchase needs. More

Pricing was very right and Manly was willing to work with us to see us out the door happy. There were some hiccups with MY financing (not Manly's), but they worked it out with my loan company and everyone came away happy. Alex Iniguez was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions. Cory McMurray was friendly and patient and working with both of them was a breeze. More

Excellent Customer Service This was the only dealer that was able to get me the exact model, trim, and colors that I wanted without any additional charge to me. There were only This was the only dealer that was able to get me the exact model, trim, and colors that I wanted without any additional charge to me. There were only 2 in the whole state of California and they made a dealer trade just to get it to there location. There were other dealers in my area offering to do this but it would've cost me quite a bit. The whole process only took about 3 hours and was handled very professionally. The negotiations were definitely fair and was even a little better than Kelley Blue Book's expected price. Kevin (my finance guy) was willing to work with me to make sure I got the warranty I needed and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. After buying the truck, Alex (my sales guy) followed up with me just to make sure everything was going good with my purchase. Overall, a great experience. I'd buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone. More
