We had different experiences at every one - some not so great, some exemplary. Alex and the staff at Manly Honda are about quality and assisting you through the whole process in a non-pressuring and extremely helpful way. It was early August when we first stopped at Manly and met Alex. He had been a great help online and we looked forward to test driving a car with him. Because Santa Rosa is 250 miles south of us, we thought we'd better try out our local dealer before making a commitment. Our negative experience locally sent us back to Alex and he came through with a great price and wonderful service. We had the car delivered to our home at minimal cost by two jovial detail-oriented gentlemen. The night before the delivery we got a call from their finance officer, Cory, who assisted us with the last details. Overall, a very positive experience. Our sincere thanks especially to Alex whose knowledge, and patience! were exactly what we needed to purchase this wonderful new car.
