Alex was helpful and very patient when showing us the new technology on the Honda. My wife is nearly Deaf, and Alex spoke clearly, slowly, and he faced her when speaking. Upgrade Success! Excellent Teamwork! I received a text from Justin Allen in the Upgrade Department after a routine service visit on my 2008 Honda Accord. I was not really in the market f I received a text from Justin Allen in the Upgrade Department after a routine service visit on my 2008 Honda Accord. I was not really in the market for a newer car, but after speaking with Justin and looking at options online, I was open to the opportunity. I made an appointment to test drive a newer model Accord with Alex Iniguez and after the test drive I was ready to talk about upgrading. Alex was very knowledgeable about the Accord's fit and finish as well as showing me all the newest features. He showed me a few other vehicles and answered all my questions. Finance Manager, Tom Henschel stepped in after the test drive and went over all the options for purchasing as well as potentially leasing a vehicle and determined what would fit for me, not pushing ANYTHING I was not comfortable with doing. Both were extremely professional and courteous, listening to my wants and needs for the upgrade. Beejan Roohian was my final finance team member interaction, stepping in to complete all the final paperwork. He walked through everything efficiently, answering all questions and finished up all the paperwork in a timely manner. I left Manly in an upgraded vehicle feeling as if I was the only person buying a car that day. Thank you to Manly Honda for training team members to work collaboratively and communicate uniformly so that it was clear everyone was on the same page for the customer. I would highly recommend Manly Honda to anyone for service, upgrading a newer used vehicle or purchasing a brand new vehicle. More

Not Satisfied We were dealing with Alex & Sean. Sean told us the price couldn't be changed.when there were other dealers selling same year, make, model w/similar We were dealing with Alex & Sean. I wish we could have left, but were stranded w/o vehicle from having to return a Carmax Forester needing repair. Seam lowed final price by giving better percentage rate after we were just told why that was so high & couldn't be changed. Then he said he could only do so by adding in Extended Warranty and GAP. I feel worked over and backed into corner without a choice. Wished I would have called their bluff and taken that Uber! More

I received a very fair price for my trade-in and could not have been happier by how I was treated. Our finance officer was also extremely professional and courteous. His zero pressure approach and personanilty is definately the reason we came back and bought our car. When we were ready Luis took the time on his day off to make us feel more than welcomed to come back in and referred us to Alex Iniguez, who was just as awesome. He made us feel relaxed and at home and took care of us just as Luis did. He took us on a second test drive and answered our questions. Being late in the evening Alex was attentive and patient. In finance Niel was the cherry on top. His positive attitude and awesome stories gave us the boost we needed for a long drive home. There was none of the "pushiness" usually associated with car buying. He took an interest in meeting my specific needs, which I appreciated. The sales manager Paul Matulich also went out of his way to meet my needs as well. I told him my bottom line, and he worked hard to meet it.
