Great Experience with Alex I went to the dealership on Tuesday afternoon and found out the dealership lost power. Very Satisfied From the time we arrived till we drove off in our new Highlander, Alex did everything he could to make sure we were being taking care of. Alex Jackson Rocks Alex did a great job helping us through the buying process. Patient and helpful as we were from out of state. We were going late into the evening, after getting there close to closing, he was willing to stay after hours with us and even offered my wife his dinner salad when she said she was hungry.
