He was a good negotiator and we came to an attractive, competitive price. I told him I didn't want to take a lot of time and I could tell he worked very hard to keep time to a minimum. Ray in financing was the opposite. Not only did he push the warranties that I didn't want (for which I don't blame him), but he actually signed me up for everything when I rejected everything. If I hadn't run the numbers before coming in, I would've ended up paying $145 per month for services I had just told him I rejected. He said this was a mistake, but I doubt this. At least, this kind of a mistake is extremely problematic. Even after that, he dragged the process out trying to convince me that I was making a mistake in rejecting extra warranty coverage. He was the opposite of Alex in ways that made me appreciate Alex and feel disrespected (even manipulated) by Ray. More
