I contacted the dealership by e-mail and arrived having already settled on a purchase price for the car and accessories I wanted. Waiting for the dealership to catch up with paperwork took more time than negotiating, but Alex made the waiting time not boring at all. The deal Heritage offered was so fair there was nothing to argue about! Overall, I am very pleased with all aspects of my Subaru purchase at Heritage Owings Mills and I'd definitely recommend others stop in if they are in the market for a new car. More

Great experience and excellent service I brought my retired Mother-in-Law in to look at a used Ford SUV and have her Honda CRV evaluated for trade. We got in around 7:45pm after making an a I brought my retired Mother-in-Law in to look at a used Ford SUV and have her Honda CRV evaluated for trade. We got in around 7:45pm after making an appointment by email earlier in the day. We found that Alex had already pulled the car out front and researched all its features. He spent time going over all the features with my MIL, showing her how everything works, and answering her questions while I was free to check out the condition and mechanics (which were excellent). The entire process went smoothly and we felt well treated, comfortable, and never pressured. They quickly evaluated her trade and made a fair offer. Buying a car takes a lot of time and paperwork and Alex made it go as smoothly and quickly as possible. The entire sales staff stayed well after closing time to help process the deal. I would be comfortable working with Alex and Heritage Subaru again. More
