Great experience I just bought a car from Russ Darrow and could not be happier or more impressed with my car, my salesman Jonathan, and his manager Alex. I went in the I just bought a car from Russ Darrow and could not be happier or more impressed with my car, my salesman Jonathan, and his manager Alex. I went in there looking for a used Sorento, or Optima, and was planning on trading in my 2013 Camry. I love my Camry so much, and was not looking to part with it for just any car, and Jonathan really got that. The first day he let me drive a Sorento home for the night to show my fiancé and see how I liked it without a salesman looking over my shoulder. Then the next day, he let me drive a Optima home I liked as well. In the end, they were able to get me a great deal on a brand new 2020 Kia Optima that I am very happy with overall. More
