The lease experience was less than stellar. Salesperson was excellent and I had two leases through him before. Each previous lease took less than 15 minutes and first offer was excellent. With new owners this lease was a negotiation nightmare and the whole experience took almost three hours. New folks think everyone should be treated like a Ford customer. Make a garbage first offer and Nickle and dime from there. I only recommend them because of my excellent sales person and the fact there is no other convenient Lexus dealer. More
