I got a used 2021 GMC Yukon xl from Koons on February 4th. While I was driving home the check engine light came on. I called and they said to bring it back. I live over an hour a way, so this was inconve 4th. While I was driving home the check engine light came on. I called and they said to bring it back. I live over an hour a way, so this was inconvenient, but I obviously drove down the next day. Jon Ponce De Leon, my service guy, reset the check engine light and sent me on my way. He also informed me that this was an issue GMC was having and if the problem continued, it would be big money to fix. I was very concerned about this, since I had just got the car a few days earlier. Of course, a day later the check engine light came back on and now no one is calling me back. I have left several messages. Someone named Tyler has owed me a call for over a week. I still have the temp tags on and can’t get my car inspected because the check engine light is still on and no one will call me back! I’m guessing Koons is trying to wait out the 30 day warranty since (that ends tomorrow) so they were willing to help the day after but not now. They knowingly sold us a lemon SUV for over $40k and have ghosted me. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. Please do not buy a car from here. They are crooks. More

I’ve been dealing with Koons Kia for over 10 years I’ve always had a great experience with Koons Kia of Woodbridge The workers there are very good with the customer they talk to you very nice. Absolutely never buy a car from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. I have lost track of how often someone has lied to me at this store. Someone has been helping me, and then when I call back, they say the person no l I have lost track of how often someone has lied to me at this store. Someone has been helping me, and then when I call back, they say the person no longer works there. They then say, "Oh, that person misinformed you." I have been trying to order a replacement key through my extended warranty for weeks. I thought the claim process had started, but it had not. The service advisor lied to me when they said they started it. Each time you call someone, they tell you something different. They will be nice on the phone but be lying because they have no idea what they are doing. This is not the only issue I have dealt with from them. The person who sold me my car did the same thing. He made promises that he was not authorized to fulfill. We did not find out until after we purchased the car that he stopped working there less than a week after we purchased the car. I have honestly never had a worse customer service experience. I can't even rate most of the employees I have worked with because they are not listed. Probably because they do not work there anymore. Find another dealership I purchased the vehicle and less then a month service light was on and the brakes and rotors were bad. Scheduled an appointment and was told they were OK. They charged me $800 and told me it wasn’t under warranty that I paid $3000 for. courtesy they could’ve fixed it or told me about it before I bought it. They just lost two extra sales from my wife and daughter. More

It was the worst experience for me to buy a car from Kia Koons in woodbridge, and I will not repeat it again, and I will advise everyone I know and those I do not know not to go there and deal with other De Koons in woodbridge, and I will not repeat it again, and I will advise everyone I know and those I do not know not to go there and deal with other Dealer . The cooperation and dealing was very clear from the beginning when I went to test drive the car, where I discovered that there were some dings , scratches and previos accedint and abrasions that were not present in the pictures on the company's website, and it was not mentioned either to inform the buyer of that. I faced a new form of discrimination, and that was clear when I told the seller that these itches were not present in the car report. He replied, take it or leave it, and I was surprised. The deal on the basis of color was very clear. I left the car for two days in the hope that it would be repaired and that it would be sent to me at the home address, but all of that was a trick, and when you try to call to find out the reason for the delay, you turn from employee to employee without any benefit, and sometimes they do not answer the phone until you call hundreds of times to reach the person who sold you the car and promises you that he will try to find out what happened and call you back, but he lies to you in order to get rid of you and your annoying calls for him. Dealing with Kia Koons to buy a car was like a nightmare for me. I ask the owners of Kia Koons to pay attention, because if they continue to ignore the opinions of the buyers, they will lose their business, and they should know that the customer is always right. Note that there is a good manager named Alex who tried to help me after I lost hope and I was very frustrated. More
