This is the worst most ghetto place I have been to. They actually broke the glass on my windshield at one point which luckily my husband caught right away or it would have never been resolved. Then another time I had a rep give me false info and treat me very rudely. There have been many times when I had an appointment for oil change and it takes 3 hours. One time I had an appointment For a vehicle problem. I go there because that is where I bought vehicle. I waited 3 hours and then they told me They did not have time and I had to come back next day. I tried to schedule an oil change there recently and had to call numerous times no answer. Transferred to a machine. When people answer they transfer you to a machine where you can’t leave a message. Or they promise to call you back and never call. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have given them so many chances to redeem themselves but always fail. I am finding another location. Do not trust this place More

This is the type place that gives car buying a bad name. Horrible sales tactics. Lie to get you in the door. Then try to charge above sticker price. Not slightly like 10k. All I can say that the management is a bunch a liars, deceitful, shady, and have no care for the costumer. bottom line is I was lied to and no one has the xxxxx to tell the truth, also I was told if you deceitful, shady, and have no care for the costumer. bottom line is I was lied to and no one has the xxxxx to tell the truth, also I was told if you dont like the price you can go someone else.by their sales manager, I also called the general manager which has the worst management skills someone should check his degree, and I also called vice president of sales and never got a call back. its all about the money and not the costumer. this place is garbage and people need to wake and understand and not purchase from this dealership. They train all their employees to lie and have no care, I will never buy or purchase any vehicle from the house of liars. dont be bought in by their fakeness. More

They falsely advertised their brand new 2021 Kia Forte lxs to be $14,000 without saying that was with the military incentives included. So the price went up to $18000. Then after all fees and trade in, they wanted $283 for 6 years for a $13,000 car. Then insulted my car that they were trying to buy. Like they weren’t even trying to sell a car. So unprofessional and probably illegal. More

STAY AWAY - BAIT & SWITCH If you don't have integrity, nothing else matters. I drove 2 hrs after confirming the price, but when I got there of course things changed. Justin - and the advertisement- quoted one price & Alex gave me another despite confirming several times the advertised price. He arrogantly responded that I should have gotten it from him in writing. So he admitted in that quote he's sleazy and a liar. He admitted that he lied to get me in there. I could have paid the difference, but his terrible customer service is why I didn't. He had been introduced as a Finance Manager, when asked for the Sales Manager, Alex said he was, when asked for the General Manager, Alex responded he was the General Manager - wow, must be a tough day being three people! I also told him before coming that we are a military family transitioning and registering the vehicle out of state; he had the info. Out of laziness or incompetence - probably both - he put it to the wrong state & told me I don't need to worry about it. His incompetence would have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in error! Does this dealership/Alex just hate the military or not know/care what they're doing?! Finally, out of respect I tried to wait around to return the keys & give him my decision - he never even came back, never looked up, nothing... Very arrogant, rude & disrespectful. Pretty bad since I'm the paying customer. Of course, another customer was walking away from Alex as we walked in the door. Was that a lost unit due to Alex's lies or terrible customer service? ***I have to say, how bad do you have to be to lose a deal from a customer that was already willing to go through finance & willing to drive over two hours and pass countless other dealerships to get to you? Great place. Great people. Great service. If you're looking at a new car in dealerships in NOVA, you've gotta try this place out. Everyone here is nicer than at any other dealership. They worked with me to get a great deal going for my Kia Soul and made sure my car was running fine for months afterward with followups. I had to get rid of two cars to trade in for a new one after moving out here to Virginia. Went to many dealerships and none of them even came close to the customer service and deals I received here! Truly exceptional service and people here from sales to finance and even the service department. Would recommend 10/10 More

Brand New Vehicle I purchased a new vehicle on May 20, 2017. Before I drove off the lot I noticed the speakers not working properly. So after poor customer service comm I purchased a new vehicle on May 20, 2017. Before I drove off the lot I noticed the speakers not working properly. So after poor customer service communication. I was told they would pick it up bring me a loaner. Well they did, they picked it up May 23. I didn't hear anything from no one about the status of my brand new vehicle until I wrote a review May 26. I was told the part will be in on my brand new Kia May 31. Well May 31 came and went. So once again lack of communication. I called June 1 only to be told my car would be ready that day. Schedule to have it delivered back to me June 2 sometime after 7pm. OK OK . Well guess what!!! I received a call at 6:25pm June 2 not from the service department but by the nice porter only to tell me my car is still not fixed! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! The lack of communication and service! They should of by now just gave me another new car. I purchased May 23 and I only was able to drive it 2days. I'm just over it! Don't buy from here run!!!! More
