I had a great experience with this dealership once I was able to make it in to purchase the car. The sales manager Mike was excellent, professional, and accommodating. The sales associate Alex that I dealt able to make it in to purchase the car. The sales manager Mike was excellent, professional, and accommodating. The sales associate Alex that I dealt with at the dealership was also very polite and knowledgable about the vehicle. I had a reasonable number in mind that I wanted to spend and they were able to give me that price with the features and add-ons I wanted. They did not try to up-sell or add additional fees. I will say that my initial experience over the phone with Rygan Santos was not as pleasant. He was not willing to give me simple information such as whether they had the certain parts in stock or what an estimated monthly payment would be without an argument about why it was too difficult to provide that information. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but shouting "Are you coming in or not!" and acting like the customer owes you something for doing your job is not how to make a sale. Luckily Mike and Alex made up for it with their professionalism. More

I was so pleased with my experience at 495 Mazda. I had spent over an hour at a different Mazda dealership to try to get a better deal than 495 had provided to me via email. That was a waste of time! I walked into 495 Mazda and they had the car that I was interested in waiting for me outside to test drive and the paperwork ready. The deal I got was even better than what was sent to me via email. I normally detest the whole car buying experience, but I couldn't have been happier with how easy and fast it went. I would 100% recommend this dealership. More
