I w The experience at the 495 Mazda dealership in Lowell was easy, pleasant, no stress, no back and forth, no pressure, quick, and got a great deal. I worked with Alex who new everything about the cars. I got a dealer discount and a great finance rate with money back that I didn’t even ask for. I’ve purchased many cars over the years in my time, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Mazda to go to 495 Mazda in Lowell MA, and ask for Alex. More

I had a great experience buying my Miata from this dealership. I wanted a manual but I never had experience driving one. Alex was my salesperson and he went above and beyond for me with his customer s dealership. I wanted a manual but I never had experience driving one. Alex was my salesperson and he went above and beyond for me with his customer service. When my car was ready, he started teaching me around noon and it was sundown already by the time I got the hang of driving it back home. He even offered to drive it back for me to make sure I will be safe on my way home. Alex was kind and patient with me and I could not have asked for anyone better. I am still happily rowing gears months later and its all thanks to Alex and 495 Mazda! More

Horrible customer service. Before I signed the paperwork on my new car they made a bunch of promises about registering the car for me. Afterwards they basically told me I had t Before I signed the paperwork on my new car they made a bunch of promises about registering the car for me. Afterwards they basically told me I had to do it myself. I made an appointment at the dmv like they asked and then the made a huge argument over the appointment being too late in the day. While I was working, my mother tried to call and explain that the appointment I made was the only one available for a month. Domenic then tried to intimidate my mother over the phone by telling us “how things are going to go”. We threatened to report him to corporate and he backed off. Then on the day of registering the dealer Alex did nothing and insisted I had to do everything otherwise the dmv wouldn’t register the car. I asked the dmv rep and they said it’s not true. Alex also assured me that he brought all the paperwork but when I get to the desk it turns out he forgot the proof of insurance that he told me received 4 days prior. Luckily I didn’t trust them and made sure to bring my insurance card. Save yourself some time and hassle and buy elsewhere. More
