I was not completely satisfied with the pre-delivery of my vehicle. The tire pressures were completely off from the recommended pressures and there was dirt inside the vehicle. My lease was up and I needed to make a decision. I was concerned about social distancing during this covid-19. Alex was great and very patient! He helpied me select the 2019 Audi A5 Sportback with the exact options that I wanted. The entire process from start to finish was transparent and professional. When I arrived at Audi of Silver Spring my beautiful Audi was perfectly detailed. The finance manager, Serge was polite and expedited all the paperwork quickly. The General Manager, Michael Giovanni thanked me for my business. And, right before I left I was assisted by James who set up everything in my Audi A5.
