Any question or concern he addressed with a solution or suggestion as appropriate. One by one he addressed all of my questions and concerns and worked quickly with me to hone in on the vehicle i ( and more importantly my wife who was not able to be there) wanted. He came up with an alternative that saved me money, and pointed out the advantages of making a purchase during this holiday season vs. President's Day sales.
