I recently traded in my leased 2023 Infiniti QX60 for a leased 2025 Audi Q3 Premium Plus because I wanted to downsize. Since Infiniti is discontinuing its smaller SUV, I decided to go with Audi. However leased 2025 Audi Q3 Premium Plus because I wanted to downsize. Since Infiniti is discontinuing its smaller SUV, I decided to go with Audi. However, I quickly realized I wasn’t satisfied with the 2025 Q3 because it lacked many of the features I had grown accustomed to with my Infiniti. I was genuinely unhappy with the vehicle and concerned that I would be stuck in that lease for the next four years. In addition, I found out just a week later that Audi had completely revamped the Q3 for 2026. The difference between the 2025 and 2026 models is like night and day. I reached out to the General Manager at Audi Silver Spring, Michael DiGiovanni, and explained my concerns. He was incredibly sympathetic, compassionate, and truly committed to making things right. He went above and beyond to get me into the 2026 Audi Q3. I did have to pay a little more, but it was absolutely worth it. I now absolutely love my car, and it’s all because of a GM who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction. If Michael didn’t truly care about his customers, I would have been stuck unhappy in my previous lease situation.
