Response to resolve issue was okay but response from Rickcase Honda dealer was very irresponsible This was the first time in my life I switch to Honda but with in a year i had the issue of battery and Rickcase Honda dealer was very irresponsible This was the first time in my life I switch to Honda but with in a year i had the issue of battery and was without car for 2 days More
