The service was great as it always has been but the new policy regarding free oil changes was terribly implemented and perhaps breaking contract. I brought it up to the GM but after letting him know I get my maintenance done somewhere else I was told he didn't need my business at his particular dealership since I'd bought my truck at a different location. No big deal, I'm happy to bring my business elsewhere. More
