I was at this dealership because if an emergency tire blow out!! I was so upset because the back tire that was flat, had holes in the side of my tire!! Seemed to ignore my vehicle for every other that came in. A 5 hour job took over two weeks. When I dropped off I was told two days. I called a week later and was told to come get it the next day. When I showed up to pick it up, I found out they just began to look at it. I was upset. They gave me a loaner. Over a week later I was able to come get it. The worst part? The issue is still present, the parking brake barely works, and the peddle still goes to the floor. That was their reason for failing my state inspection. I will never use, nor recommend a place like that. Even after telling the Service manager the whole story, the result was just the same. 1200 bucks for 3 new cables, but same functionality as it was before. More
