This was my 2nd truck in 2 years from this dealership. First one was a 5 star rating! The one last month is less than 1 star! It started with Andy (I think the sales manager) wanted me to buy the the "spe First one was a 5 star rating! The one last month is less than 1 star! It started with Andy (I think the sales manager) wanted me to buy the the "special" paint protector for $499 I agreed but then it was in never applied. Then a line of xx it was and it is done on "every" new and used auto. Funny how it looked exactly the same as when I bought it 4 days prior. Was not even washed when I picked it up. Nor where the load bars not installed that I paid $425 for. I asked for information on the paint protector, Andy said I get that to you and refund the load bar. So far to date have not received either! I feel I was lied to just to steal money from me. I would never recommend anyone buy from a Dick's dealership unless you want to be lied to just to so they can make a sale. I even told them a week ago I would be writing bad reviews unless they resolved the issue. They never even responded to that email so that alone should tell you something about how they treat customers. It is all about make the sale and then could careless about the customer. Closing I will say Alex was great but has no decision making power. This is the first time leaving a review but it such a bad experience with Andy I am hoping to help even just one person avoid dealing with how I have been treated. More

Very helpful and friendly staff. Alex our sales rep was insightful and friendly, not pushy. The man who crushed our numbers (sorry forgot his name) was awesome.
