Alex was amazing and my experience was overall positive. The very end where I tried to pay for the car was a different experience. I was not told I couldn’t simply do a cash transfer and then I needed to bring in a paper check. I got charged an outrageous amount of interest on financing which I paid off afterwards. Also, the guy who tried to upsell me on all the insurance was horrible experience. It was desperate and trashy. I was told incorrect amounts for what I did finally agree to purchase after being pressured. And when I looked at my final statement, it was double what that guy told me I did not want insurance on windshield and I did not wanna pay the cost of what four windshields cost for it. It was idiotic and awful. More
