I taught sales training and building a relationship is the most important job of a consultant. The service we received in finance was a clashing difference. There we met with a very friendly professional, delightful woman who went out of her way to ensure we were treated well. She changed his mistakes and apologized for our waste of time. We miss our former sales associate. I believe his name was Shabu. He retired recently. More

Alex was amazing and my experience was overall positive. The very end where I tried to pay for the car was a different experience. I was not told I couldn’t simply do a cash transfer and then I needed to br The very end where I tried to pay for the car was a different experience. I was not told I couldn’t simply do a cash transfer and then I needed to bring in a paper check. I got charged an outrageous amount of interest on financing which I paid off afterwards. Also, the guy who tried to upsell me on all the insurance was horrible experience. It was desperate and trashy. I was told incorrect amounts for what I did finally agree to purchase after being pressured. And when I looked at my final statement, it was double what that guy told me I did not want insurance on windshield and I did not wanna pay the cost of what four windshields cost for it. It was idiotic and awful. More
