I recently purchased a RAV4 from Westside Lexus, and I have to say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Philippe, was great to work with. He's a fast talker, but he was patient and took the time to answer my many questions about financing and the purchase process. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. What really stood out to me was the transparency. There were no surprise charges, unnecessary add-ons, or last-minute games. Everything was laid out in black and white. The contract clearly showed what I was paying for, including taxes, title, and licensing fees. It was straightforward and honest. I've bought a few vehicles over the years, and unfortunately not every dealership operates that way. Westside Lexus was refreshing because there was none of the old-school sales nonsense. The entire process was smooth, professional, and respectful of my time. I'm glad I made the purchase with Westside Lexus and will absolutely be back when it's time for service, and probably when it's time for another vehicle.
