Mac Haik Chevrolet Houston delivered one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was full of misinformation, paperwork errors, and a complete lack of professi car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was full of misinformation, paperwork errors, and a complete lack of professionalism. Alex, the salesperson, misinformed me about key vehicle features and rushed me through the process without answering my questions clearly. The buyer’s order was incorrect, and the emissions were never completed, which has caused ongoing registration issues—I still haven’t received my permanent tags. Daniel, the finance manager, was dismissive and pushed paperwork through without proper explanation. Gia, the clerk, mishandled documents, creating more delays. I tried escalating my concerns to Wayne, the sales manager, but he failed to resolve any of the issues and showed no sense of urgency or accountability. On top of that, I later discovered the vehicle lacked features I was told it had, and no one took responsibility for the miscommunication. I was left feeling ignored, misled, and completely unsupported after the sale. This dealership is unprofessional, disorganized, and lacks basic customer care. I would not recommend Mac Haik Chevrolet to anyone—avoid this place if you want a smooth, honest, and respectful car-buying experience. More
