The service center staff and advisors are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. I always feel at ease when bringing my Tahoe in for service. Best Customer Service experience ever from Chris Hayden in the Service Department and Service Manager, Mr Larry Patterson. I was kept informed regularly of what was being done and completed on my suburban. in the Service Department and Service Manager, Mr Larry Patterson. I was kept informed regularly of what was being done and completed on my suburban. I was also given a brand new Tahoe and then a suburban for the time that my vehicle was being serviced. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars, I would. The best dealership with the best Service Department and best Service Advisors. Never going back to Westside Chevy!! More

I had a control arm break due to a CV joint going out and the Dealer would not cover it under warranty because of the lift that they installed years before. Kinda in a rock and hard place knowing it had to b the Dealer would not cover it under warranty because of the lift that they installed years before. Kinda in a rock and hard place knowing it had to be repaired and had also pay for the free roadside assistance tow because that wasn't part of warranty either. They did the repairs in a timely turnaround but I ended up paying over 3500$ for it all. They couldn't tell me why the part failed just that is wasn't their problem under warranty. Chris was fine, but he did take forever in returning texts and never took any calls it always went to voicemail. I wish they could have done a little to help with the price of the repair. More

Chris was great worked hard and my recall and fix the quick lube issues. Also had my oil change and tire rotated. They put the wrong oil in my vehicle which I caught thank goodness. They had to rechange quick lube issues. Also had my oil change and tire rotated. They put the wrong oil in my vehicle which I caught thank goodness. They had to rechange my oil . Started home then notice my tire pressure was not registering. Had to drive back to Mac Haik for them to reconnect my sensors. Was not a good experience at the quick lube. More
