He was very helpful in showing me different cars and working through the details. He was very respectful of my time and went out of his way to be helpful. I was undecided about which car to purchase and Alex provided additional information via text and Email to help me make my choice. Unfortunately, as I was just about ready, we had a personal tragedy in our family that has prevented me from finishing the process. Alex was very gracious and understanding.
