Compared to Mercedes in West Covina the vibes here are way better! I got really fast service and was offered a loaner. I ended up hanging out in the lounge for a bit too and there’s coffee and tv to watch way better! I got really fast service and was offered a loaner. My rep was friendly and communicated well. I got my car serviced faster than expected. I was relieved when I left because having bought this new car with Mercedes vs Toyota (which my fam is sued too) I was bummed out when the service at WetsCo sucked. So glad I checked Riverside out and the drive wasn’t bad, there’s some nice scenery on the way! Definitely recommend and going back for my next service. More

Walters’s Mercadas Benz customer service is superb. Although, the coffee machine works sometimes. When the coffee is available it is a good cup to enjoy during the wait.
