The next person was my sales consultant Illy Aabid, I was very impressed with how she conducted my Car buying experience from the start to the finish, she made herself always available and also made me feel as family. I need to say my finance consultant James "Andy" Towns whom made me feel at ease during the document signing process, I returned from out of state in order to experience such fine service. I came in to service my Car and ended up returning to purchase a vehicle.

Christian has a wealth of knowledge regarding all of the new features. Being a retired System Engineer, it's nice to learn from someone that really knows the Technical features of my next car.
After reviewing all of the new options, I was happy to place a custom order on my next C300. The order process was pleasant and I am happy to wait for my new C300 to arrive as I wanted to get the car with exactly the correct features.

Revisionist history is a wonderful thing. If you read the texts you'll see your story falls apart. I received texts and responded right away, I spoke to Daynah and she understood. I didn't receive any emails but sent David Alcantar several asking what was going on after ISAID sold the truck Friday, a few hours after texting me. The price was agreed on, there was full payment, and there was a meeting of the minds about delivery, to me that's a contract for which your dealership breached. Your Sales manager is a xxxxxxx and a fraud. I still don't have my money, $53 k. Funny how you can sell a paid for vehicle within hours, not a week and my money still isn't here 5 days later when ISAID Barragon specifically said he overnighted the money FED EX on Friday last. I've received nothing but lies from Walters. We will talk in a more formal atmosphere unless you have a suggestion how this can be remedied. I suggest you consider this your last opportunity to make things right.
I had a terrible experience with Walter's Mercedes-Benz
of Riverside, particularly with their salesman, Gio Salinas. He was dishonest and misled me into buying a car that did not have the features he claim

Despite asking him multiple times if the car had adaptive cruise control and lane assist, he insisted that it did. In addition, he made me feel rushed and pressured to make a decision and sign for the car that day. The contract I signed also stated I would be receiving a car with the features mentioned above. When I later found out that the car did not have these features, Gio was unhelpful, dismissive and even insinuated it was my fault because I chose a car that was missing those features.
Unfortunately, this was not the end of my troubles with Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. After purchasing the car, the said they could make me a copy of the contract so they would overnight deliver it to me the next day. I was not comfortable leaving the dealership without those papers but they reassured me I would have it the next day. The next day turned into a weeklong back and forth and I had to repeatedly call the dealership to obtain the signed paperwork, which they were reluctant to give me.
To make matters worse, when I went to the dealership to resolve the issue, I had to wait for 2 hours to speak with the General Manager and only ended up speaking with a sales manager, Filomena Powers. While Filomena was helpful in resolving the issue by offering that I pay the difference in MSRP for a car that did have the features I wanted or give me a full refund, it took an extra 2 weeks to receive my refund check when I was told I would receive it upon returning the car.
Overall, Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. They seems to engage in con-man/bait-and-switch tactics and their salesman, Gio Salinas, cannot be trusted. In hindsight, I believe that they were withholding documentation because it stated that my car had features that it did not, further confirming that this dealership engages in deceptive practices. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and if you are in the market for a new Mercedes-Benz, steer clear of Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside and Gio Salinas in particular.

I’m curious about which parts differ from your perspective. Gio reassured us 4 separate times what the car he was selling us had drive assist with distronic. The paperwork that we signed at time of purchase also reflected this. Every time we tried to get some help figuring out how to activate this feature we were told “read the manual”.
If this story “differs” from what happened, why were we even offered a full refund for a now used car? If this isn’t the truth, why did your associates admit fault in this situation, and try to find a solution for your fraudulent salesman’s dishonest in trying to make a quick buck off of me and my family?
I have been buying from this dealership since the 90’s.
