Issue with Key pod, was told not covered under warranty, very dissatisfied with factory warranty. Was told cost of replacing and was not satisfied. Service department lost my valet key and had to order a n very dissatisfied with factory warranty. Was told cost of replacing and was not satisfied. I called specifically for Alex Ramirez. Called me back right away, gave me phone number for roadside assistance. As soon as my car arrive get to the Dealership,, He called and give me timeline for chec right away, gave me phone number for roadside assistance. As soon as my car arrive get to the Dealership,, He called and give me timeline for checking the car emailed what they found with pictures.Next day he called early&. asked what I need to get it done & time to finished it.
