great service for my Mercedes and sprinter I've taken both of my car to alex. He helped me out with my personal car and my business sprinter. Two thumbs up and a high five for Mr.Alex Went in because the check engine light on my E350 went on. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Mr. (Alex) Ramirez who was very helpful and informative of my car needs. I felt welcomed, helped, and greatful for the customer service he provided. Extremely pleased by his customer service and being very tentative. And must I mention very knowledgeable of the services my car needed and that the service center could provide. Alex Ramirez really was very attentive and knowledgeable on my E350. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off.
