GREAT experience we just leased a 2015 silverado, my husband and i went in earlier than our previously planned appointment with our three kids (4 ,2 and 5 months ) the we just leased a 2015 silverado, my husband and i went in earlier than our previously planned appointment with our three kids (4 ,2 and 5 months ) they were so accomadating and friendly. i explained our poor credit history but with a nice down payment Tanika and Holly got us in our new truck that day ! they explained our options and despite my horrible anxieties of car shopping i felt great when our deal was done :) Alex helped explain all of our trucks tech accessories and anything else we would need to know ! they also helped entertain my kiddos ! i will go back ! I was very impressed at his quick response due to the fact that I found information about this vehicle just this morning via internet. Alex responded very quickly and we were at the dealership within an hour. I felt very welcomed upon entering the dealership and when I met Alex he was smiling and so accommodating to myself as well as my daughter and my mom. We were treated so very nicely and Alex kept checking on us while we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed. Alex is definitely an asset to the Tim Lally dealership and we would most certainly come back and buy another vehicle from him.
